Had a debate about reading a certain book?
After much discussion, i was warned it was written in a different time, during the colonial era and that views were different then.
Yeah? So? I can read a book without agreeing or treating it like an instruction manual for modern life.
My next two reads. One a physical hardcover, the other an ebook.
Either way is good.
Oh, and I need to read my own stuff. Get it edited and published.

Was talking to a colleague. She told me about a neighbour with a bit of a quirk.
A couple of hours later I had a novella in my head. One part of her story sparked something else entirely.
But I have 4-5 other novellas I was going to write first.
