Very nice! I have had a Fractal Design Define R5 for 10 years, they make amazing cases.

Screenshot from The Witcher 4 Unreal Engine 5 Tech Demo shows a close-up of Ciri wearing her hood up, looking off in the distance. Her two swords can be seen on her back. The Witcher 4 logo is printed in the bottom left corner alongside text that reads, “Technical Presentation — Not Actual Gameplay.”

The full presentation will be uploaded and shared with everyone later today, but in the meantime, here's four screenshots straight from the demo to tide us all over. 😍

I prefer mpv / Haruna, but yeah VLC is decent too.

I watch stuff on my PC / monitors rather than TVs, so I never even realized there was all this complexity involved. Most software media players allow you to just drag any .srt/.sub/etc file onto a playing video, and even adjust the timing offset relative to video playback.

I liked your Cyberpunk video! Totally looking forward to more of your thoughts in that universe. Unfortunately not an Exodus person so I tend to skip those.

Watched your video on the topic a few days back, found myself nodding and "hmm"ing.

Totally unrelated: so glad to have found you on Bluesky! Now I can ignore Twitter notifications from phantomderp 😛

What are you looking to improve? We will also need more specs, like the CPU model, amount of RAM, types and amounts of storage, etc. Are displays and audio also targets to upgrade?
