Playing FFXIV today and I realized...past a certain point (about level 70) roulettes just aren't worth the time investment anymore. Having to do multiple roulettes to get less than half a level is absurd, when a single dungeon run gives you roughly the same amount.
This is should be fixed, I think.

I love the design! It's kinda stereotypically tribal without being disparagingly so.
Color suggestion, if you wanted to incorporate some hints of the green: maybe the tips of her ears and a few other extremities could have a greenish tinge to show her other parent?
