I’m in the LC trial with Monjurno and it helps a lot. I’m too sedentary to lose weight but it helps me maintain my weight. The anti inflammatory properties are where it’s at though.

Hit me with your trade down scenarios in the first round that you think might work for the Lions. It would be nice to get another day 2 pick. How would the board need to shake out for this to happen, who might the partners be, and who would the lions spend the extra pick on?

Walking meditation: hiking the Way of St. James The Way of St. James changes you, according to local hikers. One might call it transformation by subtraction. Ryan Roth-Klinck, co-pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church in Waverly, led a group of 13 other hikers on a 71.4-mile transformational pilgrimage along an ancient path leading to the Shrine of St. James in Santiago de Compostela, northwest Spain.
