Investing in the next generation is a responsibility we can’t ignore.

Our proposal to expand NYC Kids RISE would give New York’s kids a real head start.

Thank you to our Council Members for prioritizing this legislation!

We can never forget the Holocaust.

That’s why I fought to bring every 8th grader to the Museum of Jewish Heritage — and why I’ll keep working to protect Jewish New Yorkers.

On Yom HaShoah, we remember the six million Jews murdered in the Holocaust.

As the daughter and granddaughter of survivors, I carry these stories with me every day. With antisemitism rising, we must continue to remember and teach the lessons of the Shoah.

New Yorkers deserve a responsible path forward for their budget.

That means identifying savings rather than raising property taxes, and standing firmly against any cuts to critical services.

In 2020, the Trump administration tried to weaponize the Census. We sued, and we won.

Today, @speakermenin.bsky.social and I pushed back against the administration’s inclusion of a citizenship question in the testing phase of the 2030 Census.

Everyone should be counted in the next Census.

On National Census Day, we rallied to protect a full and accurate count of every New Yorker. A citizenship question would suppress participation and put our communities at risk, and we need action now to make sure everyone is counted.
