Midweek easy meal: full chicken leg quarters in a butter, anchovy, garlic, onion, caper, castelvetrano olive, and lemon sauce. I roasted the leg quarters last night then reheated them in the fresh sauce tonight for dinner. Served with roasted whole sweet potatoes. So good!❤️😋🍽️🍜
