Great to host a knowledge exchange event yesterday on "Developing Resilience in Football" at Nottingham Trent University with about 35 attendees working in football. We discussed research project findings and attendees reflected on how to integrate research on resilience into their own practice.
Great session yesterday with around 30 coach developers on the role (and balance) of challenge and support. Thanks to Martin Dighton and Marianne Davies for the invitation to join UK Coaching Coach Development Conversations. Looking forward to seeing where this conversation continues!
