The fact AI is doing more harm to games by increasing the cost of PCs & consoles than AI actually being able to 'make' anything worth playing is certainly a fun little thing to think about whilst I start planning to optimise everything I make to run on a potato.

A reason I was given is old narrow lanes/roads in towns often lacked sufficient footpath and it was 'safest' to walk on the right side so you can see the cars most likely to hit you coming. Combined with left-side driving and standing right-side on escalators means nobody knows which way to walk.
It was utterly infuriating when living there - it felt like everybody was drunk in the middle of the day trying to navigate an even mildly busy footpath.
