When did you have a bad experience in KC? Since the new terminal opened? (Curious, as my experience with the new terminal was great - was I just lucky? Lol)

Today is the 3rd anniversary of my husband's passing. It's complicated. There were good times, but neither of us were emotionally healthy for much of our marriage. I have done a lot of work through therapy. But days like this are still hard to navigate.
