That’s exactly what I am talking about. I like that kind of thing. Luckily, the library has a lot of the old American ones and current British ones available for download on the Libby app.

Why are radio plays a thing in the U.K. but not the U.S.? Meaning actors doing comedy, drama, etc. As far as I know it’s been decades since there has been a radio play on mainstream U.S. radio. I assume there are small budget radio plays streaming on the internet. But nothing like the BBC does.
A young woman where I work wears an insane amount of perfume. I can walk into an empty room and know she was there sometime before me. I don’t get it. Why?
How was it?
But does it have someone walking away from an explosion in slow motion?
This song is an ear worm.

It’s not his best, but it has some very funny scenes. You can’t go completely wrong with Rick Moranis and John Candy.
There is a new Spaceballs coming out next year! And Rick Moranis is in it!
I missed it the first time around. It is streaming on Prime. The actors playing the synths do a great job.
Two streaming shows we are enjoying:
Humans - a British sci-fi show about synthetic humans.
Florida Girls - a raunchy, fun sitcom that unfortunately lasted just one season.
Pope: 1, Trump: 0.
He is a very funny writer.

The Pope is weak on crime. 😂 Trump is nuts.
I think the new Jack White song is magic. His guitar playing kills me.
I first heard this on MTV when I was kid. I thought they were cool and strange with their blond hair.
How does either one compare to being in the capsule atop the rocket at lift-off?
I have found that listening to Motörhead at a low volume helps me work. I can barely hear the songs, it’s just a low buzz of drums, guitar, and growling. I was doing reggae before but it’s too mellow.
My “Jeffrey Epstein Didn’t Introduce Me To My Spouse” t-shirt is raising lots of questions.
But to be fair, “amazing” is just the new “awesome,” which I use all the time. 😂
I have had a hard time adjusting to all the exclamation points in emails. Thanks! Yes! Whatever! What enthusiasm!
Ha! Inspirational.
“Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear” is a good metaphor for aging.
That is the coolest name for a place I have ever heard.
I have a 1980s Sesame Street parody song called “Kids Just Like to Brush,” based on “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun,” stuck in my head. We have reached the deep cuts in pursuit of music my daughter will tolerate.
I am relieved that the madman has temporarily suspended his plans to commit massive war crimes.
Meaning they are tied to the scaffold? I still wouldn’t do it.
Can you see the guys up on the crane scaffold? You could not pay me enough to go up there.
