Most public health clinics aren't checking if you are high priority so if you want moderna mrna vax it is easy to get in Ontario by going to a clinic as a walk in. Also pharmacies such as shoppers have them now.

I think that it is a result of very low demand for new vaccine shot. If any are eager for it, there is plenty to meet the demand.
