Vielleicht bin ich einfach seit Jahren nicht mehr auf größeren Events gewesen und das ist inzwischen üblich so, aber ich war beeindruckt vom Awareness Konzept beim StreamFestival in Linz. Gut sichtbare Support Personen auf jedem Event, die aktiv diese Flyer verteilt haben mit Infos zu KOTropfen etc.
Gerade erst habe ich mit kindlicher Begeisterung "Das ist nicht mein Hut" von Klassen gelesen 😂
Sehr verdient. Kein Kind in meiner Umgebung ist vor Buchgeschenken aus der "Wo ist mein Hut" Serie sicher.

Krisen treffen nicht alle gleich. Eine neue Studie belegt: Lebenszufriedenheit hängt stark vom Einkommen ab. Menschen mit niedrigerem Einkommen berichten deutlich häufiger von geringerer Zufriedenheit – und erleben andere Belastungen in Krisen.
Von richtigen Bezeichnungen von trans Eltern sind wir sowieso noch weit entfernt.
Ein Schwenk aus der Forschung: In den Geburtsdaten des Austrian Micro Data Center sind gleichgeschlechtliche Eltern als "Mutter" und "Vater" eingetragen. Dass der "Vater" dabei eine Frau ist (öfter als die "Mutter" ein Mann) ist noch nicht in den Variablenbezeichnungen angekommen.
Diese Diskriminierung von Müttern zeigt wieder Mal wie wenig Familienformen abseits der Heterofamilie in der Administration und im Alltag mitgedacht werden. Super, dass das Problem durch den Einsatz von FAmOS Regenbogenfamilien gelöst werden konnte.

Zum 1-Jahresjubiäum habe ich es zu Knit&Crime im Admiral Kino in Wien geschafft. Mit gedimmter Beleuchtung und Maschenmarkierer-Automat, wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis. Strickend macht auch ein Hitchcock Film Spaß.
Mit ME/CFS in der Schule, ein comicartiger Infofolder. Das Wissen um PEM, Pacing und Infektionsschutz ist wichtig, um Teilhabe und Bildungszugang zu ermöglichen. Abgebildet im ersten Bild ist eine Lehrkraft vor einer Tafel mit dem Text "über das Krankheitsbild ME/CFS Bescheid wissen". Weitere Bilder zeigen Kinder mit dem Text "Rücksicht auf Belastungsgrenzen nehmen. Pausen Aussetzen und Rückzug ermöglichen." Reizreduktion ermöglichen - ein Stofftier mit Gehörschutz) Krankheitsbedingte Fehlzeiten akzeptieren. Wo möglich einen Avatar benutzen, um zu Hause Teil der Klasse zu bleiben. Vereinfachungen ermöglichen (Lehrkraft am Kopierer) Infektionsschutz bieten - Lüften, CO2-Messung und Luftreiniger im Klassenraum. Hier ist auch der CO2-Tacho abgebildet mit dem hellblauen Bereich ganz links bei unter 600 ppm. Grün 600 bis 800ppm, Gelb bis 1000 ppm mit dem.Kommentar" Frischluft notwendig". Rechts der Mitte Hellrot über 1000- Stichwort Leistungseinbußen. Dann Dunkelrot ab 2000 ppm - Kopfschmerzen, Müdigkeit

My photo shows a mosaic fragment from the floor of a Roman villa in Spain, dated AD 100-200s. It depicts a stylised octopus using red, yellow, white, and black limestone tesserae, against an off-white background. The front-facing octopus appears almost cartoon-like, with a large red and white head and body outlined in black. Its yellow circular eyes are outlined in black with a central black dot which stare out at the viewer. Below the head and body are eight writhing arms. This octopus and other fragmentary animal mosaics were discovered in the 19th century at the Hermitage of Santa Colomba, Villaquejida, León, which had been built on the site of a Roman villa.

My photo shows a carving of a hedgehog in a basket. It comes from a wall relief in the Tomb of Mereruka, Vizier of King Teti, Sixth Dynasty, c. 2330 BC. The hedgehog is depicted in profile facing right, inside a rectangular basket. It has a long, almost oval shaped body. Its back is filled with short, parallel carved strokes representing densely-packed spines. It has four short legs below its body. Its head is narrow and pointed with a long snout. It has a small circular eye and long ears of a desert hedgehog. The rectangular basket has patterned edges and looks like woven basketry. It has a long cord on top which is suspended from the arm of an offering bearer. The hedgehog is being presented to the owner of the tomb. This little hedgehog may carry two meanings at once. It is a food offering to provide nourishment for the deceased but it may also represent magical protection for his rebirth.
A lovely little hedgehog in a basket carved by an Egyptian artisan some 4,300 years ago! 🦔❤️
