Arepas with sauces and various fillings, like black beans, avocado and tomato, also tequeños.

Fig leaf oil in a small jar, very intense green. In front of it, a toast slice with vegan cream cheese and some of the oil on top.
Smoked aubergine in strips with miso, sesame oil, vegan oyster sauce (mushroom concentrate) and sesame sprinkles.
Bellow, tomato salad with vegan ricotta spread and chili oil, and a few small bowls of galician style aspargus. These are an interpretation of the traditional galician octopus, using white aspargus tips instead, decorated with nori flakes, extra virgin olive oil, vegan hollandaise sauce and smoked paprika.
