Shiny new infrastructure at SLC-3, VSFB California. Heading towards being able to start launching Vulcan from the west coast soon.

VSFB SLC 3 is supported by 1 "MST" (Mobile Service Tower). At this pad, the launch platform stays put and the building rolls back b. West coast is used primarily for polar orbits (although we once went to Mars from there). Those are not as frequent, so 1 MST will be adequate for now

Stacking the payload, testing everything, formally reviewing all the documentation, conducting boards for all known risks& open paper, rolling out to the pad, etc, etc
