When I speak to seniorish people in defence they scoff at any suggestion that AUKUS is bad, they say even if the subs aren’t worth it we get ‘way more stuff you don’t know about’. These people also think we should go nuclear and that ev’s are a rich persons scam. Each of them talks like Peter Kenny.

Thanks to this elderly Jewish man for his courage, and for Ben Pennings climbing a tree to get the footage. This is how many cops Queensland sent to arrest a Jewish man for wearing a “river to the sea” tshirt. No police state for 🇮🇱

Reflecting on the time when so many coalition politicians threw themselves at the feet of Ben Roberts-Smith, their great white hope, and elevated him to great Aussie bloke status as an emblem of all they believed in.

Good times.

Crisafulli is playing a dangerous game here. Dangerous for the clients of MurriWatch, but more dangerous for him. Aboriginal people are sick of being treated like 3rd class citizens and will fight back, violently if we have to.

He was the man during his show years. Now he’s a constantly triggered pussywillow. Someone find the poor dear a safe space where someone can kiss his booboos.

'Viktor Orbán has been Hungary's greatest modern leader. He's been a transformative Prime Minister'
You mentioned migration. And I would add three more aspects to the stakes in the elections: sovereignty, the gender issue, and the position on supporting Ukraine.
What about them?
As far as I can see it from afar, Europe works best when it is a loose partnership of proudly independent sovereign nations. And one of the reasons why I think the EU has sometimes got itself into trouble is because it's imagined that it is some kind of United States of Europe. The countries of Europe have got too much history to lose their identity in some kind of nebulous European ideal. So, I think Viktor Orbán is very much on the right track in standing up to Brussels. And I think Brussels, frankly, has been quite oppressive and unfair in its treatment of Hungary.
On the gender issue. Look, there are only two genders, male and female. You can't beat biology. And that's not to say that trans people have no rights. Of course, they have ordinary human rights, but this idea that even children should be accommodated in changing their gender, I just think it's crackers. Thank God, Viktor Orbán is one of the few leaders who stood up for common sense on this.

🧵Speculation in indie media in the UK about whether the right-wing “intelligentsia” on taxpayer/oil money via Orbán’s MCC might have to pay it back (crime proceeds). Salaries quoted as 5-10k euro per month. Also perks. Kennedy would likely have had accomm paid for (described) *large* family.
