Team Year 2 ✨🩷 #Worldbookday

We took the digital cameras with us to take photos of our findings. We saw bird nests, spotted natural food sources and also had some ideas for some improvements for the birds! #SAPSEIC

Year 2 went to visit Monkey Island to see if we could magpie any ideas for our school grounds to enhance our habitat. We compared and rated each environment, discussing why we had given it that rating.

We are loving using the woodwork to help make our school a better habitat for birds! We still have some data to collect before we can decide on the most effective location to place them! #SAPSEIC

We have enjoyed exploring our new role play! We have looked at national birds for countries that are special to our families. India's national bird was our favourite - the peacock! #SAPSLLC

Lots of fine motor opportunities this afternoon while we are making our gifts. Lots of tiny fingers busy at work!

We had some exciting letters arrive in 2JE today! Before we opened them we thought about who they could be from and what they might say... we spotted lots of similarities between the different letters! #SAPSLLC #SAPSACL

We have been practicing measuring capacity in the mud kitchen, making sure that we accurately read how many ml each container can hold. #SAPSACL #SAPSMN

We have been enjoying taking care of the new born babies and making sure they are being loved & cared for. #SAPSHCI

We loved spending some time in the allotment with @sapsfeo.bsky.social. We planted some garlic and onions. We even got to choose something to harvest and try! Yum #SAPSHCI
