Hopefully. I can just envisage a scenario where we don’t get the wins there. It feels like with each passing opportunity, those games get bigger. We can’t be pinning our hopes on two fixtures that could realistically no go our way.

I seem to be way out of tune with the rest of the LUFC crowd. I’m struggling to put a positive spin on our chances. Last night was awful. Teams keep doing this to us & we have no reply. The “winnable” games keep coming & going. No goals in 4, no win since Forest. Dunno where the next win comes from.

I think we’re slowly choking. We haven’t scored in 4 games & it looks like opposition teams have sussed us out; stifle the game and we just don’t know what to do. If any of the other sides in this relegation battle hadn’t scored in 4, we’d be looking at them as the prime relegation candidate.

Absolutely dreadful game. You could tell inside 10 minutes they’d just turned up to prevent a game from happening like Sunderland did. Unfortunately that’s the blueprint to stop us, & we have no reply. Another spineless ref playing right into their hands. If we can’t win, or even score, we’re fecked

I’d say momentum the biggest factor. We’re only just ahead. West Ham have momentum & are the only 1 I’m certain won’t go down. Spurs show signs of turning it round the last 2 & have the squad to get out. Forest, no momentum, good squad, we’ve no momentum, worst squad & rotten luck. Not looking great

I really need some your positivity because I can see a scenario where we don’t win again this season. We just can’t seem to get a lucky break. We keep being objectively not shit & losing or drawing. Everything just seems to be transpiring against us. But yeah. The roof has to come off on Saturday.

Definitely not mid week. People will have been out boozing on Saturday. It makes a difference.
