I'm not going to say that Jenner "deserves" to be legally un-trans'ed, but I will say that she has no right to be surprised at this outcome, nor to complain about it without first acknowledging her own mistake and complicity.

I would say she is "entitled" to it because being treated with respect and dignity is in the social contract. We are "entitled" to what is in the contract. We "deserve" something that we worked over and above (or under and below) to earn.

Like the rest of us, she is or should be *entitled* to live as she is, but "deserve" implies "earning".
