There is a cowardly saying in police forces: “better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6”

Meaning: it’s better to kill the other person before they can kill you.

The mindset that is drilled into the head of cops: we paid a lot of money to train you, survive. You are worth more to us, than them.

Not only that the interpretation of the law in itself requires the use of some element of “force”- but the penalties for it are not the death penalty. The worst is 20 years in prison. Executing someone without due process for a non-capital offense is “at best” manslaughter! And more likely- murder!

I hope when the tribunals come around to him that the Corps demotes him to Pvt. He shows a complete lack of moral courage, integrity, or honor!
