Actually I don't want to hire at all. I just want to acquire that specific skill through hiring a person.

Full remote is not the holy grail.

My gf switched from hybrid to fully remote team within her company

💼 Work is fine, but cohesiveness and social interaction between team members is stiff

I also like my hybrid setup: Go focus at home. Shoot the shit with my G's at the office.

I like writing and I should definitely do it more.

My problem is that I only make time for it when everything else in the business is done and going well.

I don't see it as part of my work, but rather as "business-related hobby"
