I scanned it and spent nearly an hour with all the photo apps I have, using all what little skill I have. I improved it but then thought "I wonder what AI could do".Damn it's good

You may be shocked. I saw Tony Singh the chef use this so I saved some Haggis left over from Burn's Night but there was not quite enough so I sweated onion,garlic,added cumin, garam masala, coriander, turmeric, chili, stirred in the potato,peas and added a little left over chicken with the haggis.
