That was the DOJ and Garland moving at a snail's pace. Biden didn't politicize the DOJ, unlike some others. He shook Trump's hand because he is a decent human being and not an a$$hole. Whatever we think or have theorized, Trump won the election and Biden did a peaceful transfer of power.
