I'm seeking ~100 #MTG players who would take a short survey for me to use in a Family Feud style game. I'll use the likes, so ❤️ this post if you're interested!

I want to host a game/stream with questions like:
"Of 100 people surveyed, what's the best draft set?"

Reposts appreciated!

Why Are Environmental NGOs Still Silent on Animal Agriculture? You’d think the biggest driver of deforestation, ocean dead zones, water pollution, biodiversity collapse, and emissions would be front and centre in every environmental campaign. But when it comes…

They’re not morally opposed. They’re just... hesitant. Apathetic. Afraid of annoying donors or alienating bacon fans. Which makes one thing clear: It’s not the science holding them back. It’s the optics.

Well not even admitting a genocide is occuring leads directly to thinking that funding both sides of the conflict is the correct way to go. It's not like Canada will stop funding Israel -- when it should be using that money to fund humanitarian aid for Gaza.

He refuses to say that what Israel is doing to Palestinians is a genocide. I don't think he's the ally people think he is.

And to be fair Montreal has to go 3-2 or better and for either Detroit or NYR to run the table (or for Montreal to go 2-3 and for both Detroit / NYR to run the table. Which I checked and it's technically possible schedule wise). All of these scenarios are highly unlikely though.

What does the blockchain have to do with purchasing power? It's a volatile asset - it has more risk therefore less purchasing power...

I'm sorry I disagree - cheese is literally anti-woke. It violates female animals and promotes abuse and torture of said animals. Fuck cheese. Go vegan.

Also by my calculations we should finish with 94-95 points based on home/away points percentage (not based on strength of schedule matchup-wise - I don't have those models available to me).

To be fair though - if we lose all three to Columbus and then beat Montreal and get 3 more wins elsewhere it'd probably be good enough too. I don't want to call it but we are just ridiculously likely to make the playoffs here.

I just did a bit of math and I think the playoff cutoff point might be 87-88 points - so 5 more wins is probably good enough for Ottawa. Maybe even 4 but let's not get ahead of ourselves here esp since 3 of those games are against Columbus.

If I had seen your campaign (esp the interview w/ @rachelgilmore.bsky.social ) I would have tried to register as a Liberal sooner (I'm more of an NDP / Green guy though so I refrained). Silly me - didn't know it was ranked choice and thought it was just a forgone conclusion. Good luck tomorrow!

I kind of like it being a Sens fan - he'll have plenty of rest and will get back into his groove with no consequential games.

It's crazy every time I see Crosby do something incredible I think to myself "I played street hockey with that fucker. No wonder I thought I was bad I was getting rocked by one of the best hockey players ever."

To be fair I was drifting in and out in the late 2nd / third periods (wide awake for OT) so I could have missed some stuff - but I thought he was decent in the first period at least.
