i'm sure r/seahawks is handling this well

just go ahead and deal myles over to seattle, andrew.
another situation where shaheed is a 1st down outlet for a 15 yd gain. sam sees him free up otm before the pressure comes, and after evading the sack, instead of rifling it to shaheed, he frantically tries a double-covered arroyo for another int.
luckily sam learned a lot after this game.
shaheed leaves forbes in the dust 1:1 outside but sam underthrows this one by about 5 yards, causing shaheed to slow down and allowing forbes to reach out to break up a would be touchdown.
play action with shaheed on a corner route from the boundary side. leans to the seam to pull the deep corner in, then takes advantage of the giant cushion by breaking outside early while the corner is still in bail technique. beautiful route.
21 yd explosive. easy pitch & catch.
looks like c4 where safety (26) has eyes on #2 receiver (shaheed) and has to pick him up if he goes deep.
look how shaheed puts a move on him and has him stuck in cement after he gets him to commit his hips inside.
sam forces it to jsn instead so a wide open touchdown turns into an int.
another missed td opportunity.
cb 31 is so focused on jsn that he sits down on him instead of picking up shaheed deep outside. safety 2 is pointing him down telling him to grab his assignment but luckily for them, sam doesn't even look for it and goes for another checkdown.
play action w kupp as the 1st read. completely skips shaheed in the progression, who's wide open 15 yds downfield between zones, and sam instead settles for a 3 yd checkdown on the opposite side of the field.
explosive play opportunity squandered.
one of many examples of why his "lack of offensive production" is massively overstated. sam just didn't build that rapprt/trust with shaheed early on. shaheed could have easily had a great statistical 2nd half of 2025 if he simply got the opportunities imo
shaheed runs the fade behind kupp's seam route and is wide open for a touchdown bc durant commits early to the seam (during sam's windup) w no help behind him.
bc their splits are so close, sam could have launched this outside w/o influencing durant's hips until it was too late.
shaheed is wide open 1:1 before the safety can nail down but sam holds onto the ball an extra beat (wanting to see it open before firing) which leads to a late and inaccurate pass behind him.
this is where i believe an entire offseason of working together will be fruitful to get timing down.
Rashid Shaheed RB1. We have K9 at home
shaheed's gravity his first week w the team. az looks to be in cover 4 or 6 and pulls 3 deep defenders towards him.
even tho 30 has deep support from both sides of the field, he is late to trigger until the ball crosses the 45. extremely late w eyes on the q the whole time too.
Jimmy Clausen arc
this incident allegedy happened less than 2 weeks after he had to apologize for claiming to not know that doing a greedy jew touchdown celebration would be antisemitic. im going to throw a challenge flag on that one
Per @mikedugar.bsky.social:
The Seahawks have agreed to terms with cornerback Noah Igbinoghene on a 1-year deal, I’m told.
Noah was a 2020 first-round pick of the Dolphins. Spent the last two seasons with Commanders. Will compete in Seattle’s CB room and provide inside-outside versatility.
I guess if we just keep winning Super Bowls it won’t matter 😌
Ding ding ding we have a winner!
nobody has failed to win the super bowl after drafting a longsnapper in the first
the classic football player move of “i got my money now yall are gonna pronounce this shit right”
This was before JSN got drafted. But yeah, probably.
10/10 no notes for the 4x collapsed lung survivor.
Rams gunning for 3 X receiver body types meanwhile the 49ers add Mike Evans.
Division rivals trying to take advantage of a short cornerback room with Woolen out of the picture no big deal
It’s only mid March so of course it’s dumping snow this morning lol
Seahawk for 8 hours and he’s already shitposting
The three players I would like to see a jump from in 2027 are Drew Lock, Jake Bobo, and Brady Russell
The irony of smart 12s who demanded the firing of the previous coach and quarterback because there wasn’t enough winning culture now accusing the chiefs of not having one.
Not to mention those same 12s whining about the loss of home field advantage for not winning enough home games last season.
There’s only one team in the NFL with a winning culture and that’s the Seahawks obviously
