For the chest harness I tied a double coin knot, then opened it up and put it over my breasts, round the back and then kanuki to secure them. For the hip harness again double coin knot, opened it up, walked into it but you can't see the middle bit as clearly in the photo.

I much prefer to tie the naked body. As a model I love the feel of rope and as a rigger I prefer discovering the contours of the body rather than being constrained by clothes. But I appreciate that some people do not want to see nudes so here is an alternative.
