Schoolboy error. Should have put the tape at the back, not the front.

Nevermind it’s better than it was to begin with.

Cassette open and the tape is tightly wound and not giving up its reels. Maybe this got hot.

Saving another broken mixtape

Looks like a mid reel snap

No screws to open the cassette so it’s a case of scoring the side and breaking it open gently whilst working round the glue.

That’s really neat, I like that resistor set a lot.

I’m not a fan of valve tech, but that will definitely be treasure for someone, especially if NOS.
