EARTH DAY
REAL HOPE. REAL CHANGE.
Green Party
Promoted by Chris Williams on behalf of The Green Party, both at PO Box 78066, London SE16 9GQ
Good news on Earth Day: 99% of growth in global electricity demand last year was met by solar and wind.
We'll keep fighting the vested interests of the fossil fuel industry and their efforts to spread climate denial to protect their profits.
For people and planet.

If you really want to see the Green Party have an extraordinary election - then you have to go out and vote.
There's too many close calls where it's Labour Vs Green - time to show Starmer the door and end Rip Off Britain.

Reform will promise anything to get elected. What's most important to remember is they have no wish to run govt, they wish to break govt.
Remember that - they will break the social fabric of our society, pensions to health services to policing, they will break it all to line their pockets.

Irrespective of which party paid for this add, I fully agree with Dorothy. For those of us north of the border or west of the border this still applies.
Get out and vote.
Stop the tax Dodgers stealing your money, stop Putin lovers turning this country into a hellscape.

A fascinating thread, both for it's "this leader isn't as bad as that leader", it's "observation" that most UK press is rightwing and owned by oligarchs and tax Dodgers and its avoidance of the obvious.
Mandelson was appointed BECAUSE he was in the pedo circle, because so was trump.
Leverage.

She's not wrong.
However the two things that confuses me and seem obvious;
1. Why he was appointed.
2. Why the press won't talk about it.
He was appointed because they were both friends of Epstein and, post Brexit, Starmer thought Mandy might have some influence over trump because of that.

Reform telling people about history is both amusing and scary. Maybe the Welsh govt should do a tax avoidance museum - reform will be all over that.

He doesn't have many friends anywhere anymore. He should get back to being a branch manager of a middling regional bank, in the 1950's.

I'm not sure what to say to this TBH.
It's not even a good attempt at bullshit.
This labour party has to be the most useless govt I've seen in a long time. They're not like Tory nasty, they'd have to work much harder for that, they're just utterly incompetent.
Seriously π³ what th actual fuck?

I think if we are honest, when the party was looking at this election and putting planning together we were working on trying to push our list vote. I don't think we thought we could win many conts. seats. The game has defo changed since then but you can't move a ship quickly.

I have no wish to insult you, I would like us all to be able to have a serious and incredibly important discussion, outside of a political point scoring exercise, about this subject.
Your point 3 is unhelpful in this and just makes it worse. This isn't twitter.

This debate is both scary and fascinating.
1. An instant reaction to a political point scoring exercise.
2. A very important discussion about the development of our children and species sidelined because of point 1.
3. Lots of examples brought in without thought to how else they could be done.
