I was given a non bar coded picture stamp yesterday and had to check with the post office clerk! Yes it is legal and permitted for use! It was released by RM in September 24! Why exactly were we all made to use or swap all our old non barcoded stamps by July 23?? Is this not a bit ambitious??

I refreshed my card last summer. I was amazed how much more my local library offer now. Love ‘Libby’! And my grandkids think it’s such an adventure visiting & using the ‘open library’ sessions. Being a small market town we are often the only ones in the building.
