I keep hearing stuff like "you can't make Mummy movies anymore because the premise of a mummy as a monster was always predicated on old white people describing other people's burial practices as a monster" but I think that's ignoring just how many ways people can be mummified, even in Europe.

I've got a challenge for all other comic writers out there. Take a script you've written, not a long one, and draw it. Draw as much of it as you're comfortable doing then post it when you're done.

Don't worry about it looking good. It's just a learning exercise.
