It’s an impressive sandbox with probably infinite possibilities. It’s like a game that’s been rebooted in development several times but instead of throwing out systems or looking at what does and doesn’t work they just kept bolting things on.

I like the PC version of FFX but wow does have some gnarly issues.
Like random crashes after fights but don't worry the auto save helpfully saves you right before that battle so if you were using said battle to grind out overdrive modes you now get the opportunity to waste 2 hours doing it again.

Currently playing FF7 Rebirth on PS5 which is a technical mess of overly soft edges, blurred textures, and unstable framerate. But its good enough for me to enjoy it.

Had a bout of FOMO myself when I saw that Sony was stopping their first party releases on PC. Figured if I'm gonna play them on PS5 might as well get the thing that plays them the best.
Ultimately held off, I've got a launch PS5, a few pixels ain't worth the extra 400 bucks on top.
