We'll never get any of this back...

Sorry to be overly sincere for a second, but here's why we decided to persevere through all of the bullshit and take over InfoWars.
There's just gotta be a line somewhere.
Thank you @pablo.show for letting me talk so openly about this.

Nah.
The problem is clearly you.
Easy block. 🤡
Fantastic analogy.
This is without a doubt the dumbest thread of all time.
Easy block.
After watching this I swore off Star Wars forever.
In the same manifesto, Palantir's owners argued that we need a national military draft, that soft power is over, and that we were too hard on Germany and Japan after World War II. I don't think that company should be allowed to exist anymore.
Opening text of a thread by Palantir from X Because we get asked a lot. The Technological Republic, in brief. 1. Silicon Valley owes a moral debt to the country that made its rise possible. The engineering elite of Silicon Valley has an affirmative obligation to participate in the defense of the nation. 2. We must rebel against the tyranny of the apps. Is the iPhone our greatest creative if not crowning achievement as a civilization? The object has changed our lives, but it may also now be limiting and constraining our sense of the possible. 3. Free email is not enough. The decadence of a culture or civilization, and indeed its ruling class, will be forgiven only if that culture is capable of delivering economic growth and security for the public. 4. The limits of soft power, of soaring rhetoric alone, have been exposed. The ability of free and democratic societies to prevail requires something more than moral appeal. It requires hard power, and hard power in this century will be built on software.
Palantir put out a 22-point summary of their CEO's book The Technological Republic. It's pitched as a defence of the West, but if you read it through the VDA framework, verification, deliberation, accountability, what it's actually doing looks rather different.

Palantir put out the most cartoonishly evil statement possible. They’re so arrogant and self-confident they don’t seem to believe their fascistic plans can be opposed.
We must get rid of Palantir altogether.

Extremely normal and fine for a company to put this in a public statement
It's been 10 yrs folks. They are not going to wake up. They are not going to emerge from their cult.
We only get out of this when we decide to fight. And Im not talking about lawsuits & memes.
America is broken & necrosis is starting. We must amputate the infected regions & work w/ whats remaining
This is the reason the stock market is completely disconnected from the real economy.
“The United States is being murdered, and it’s an inside job. Every department, every branch, every bureau and function of the federal government is being fatally corrupted or altogether dismantled or disabled.”
If you ask me, Sen. Jon Ossoff is sounding more and more like a potential 2028 presidential candidate.
Spain is crushing it ⚡🇪🇸
Solar is delivering the equivalent of 27 nuclear plants during the day. Pumped hydro stores ~3 nuclear plants worth. Batteries already stepping in.
This isn’t a generation problem anymore. It’s storage scale.
Energy scarcity → energy timing. #BESS #Solar
Then what happened?
Lol.
From the show Star Trek: The Next Generation. Worf and Riker walk into Ten Forward to find a huge brawl in progress.
logging on
No.
god, Riker really is the perfect man
Heh.
I honestly have no idea who that is.
I feel like a lot of cosplayers have hit
"professional Hollywood level costume and prop manufacturing" levels 😲
(on that note, Eastern Conference Finals, Knicks v Pistons!)
Is WM tonight?
Hahahaha Going against the opening night of the NBA playoffs is bold.
Dog imitating Penguins 🤣
