I still wake up periodically through the night but only for like a minute or so and then I'm back out again.
When I had my sleep study done I was have over 50 events/night and stretches where I would stop breathing for up to 2 minutes.
Now I'm averaging 0.6 events per night.
I'll check into my settings as I feel like mine is about that long for ramp up and let you know. Normally I'm able to fall asleep within 15ish minutes.
I found that the pillow that "fit" my nose didn't quite line up with my nostrils where as the next one up seemed to flow in better.
Yep! Same as me. I fiddled with the humidity settings on my machine and have a heated hose as I get "rain outs" if it's too cold.
Been using mine for about 2 years now and was the exact same when I started out.
Woke up feeling...different in the head. Like "Wait, is this how I'm supposed to feel after I sleep?". Are you using the full mask or the nasal pillows?
