I had some mat board left over from framing prints for my exhibit so I put it to use mounting and matting 6, and framing 3 5.5x14 inch Noblex prints. I need to get some more glass to finish up.

I've wanted to zine for a while and finally found a reason, my upcoming Exhibit at The Arts Center in Athens TN. The 56 page 7x7 inch booklet contains reproductions of the 51 (53 if you count my Colditz Cove Triptych as 3) prints in the exhibit.

All 51 framed prints labeled, boxed up, and ready for transport to The Arts Center in Athens TN for my show opening April 20 with artist reception May 8. I'm just waiting on word from the Arts Center on when to bring them.

Thanks Brian. I actually made this photo about 35 years ago. I've been getting ready for an exhibit and this will be included. Plus-X was my favorite back in the day.

A wonderful place to photograph. I would love to visit again.

I never had a kitchen darkroom, but I have had bathroom, closet, utility room, laundry room, and spare bedroom darkrooms. I didn't have a purpose built darkroom since we built our house 16 years ago.

I look forward to seeing it. If you can sometime, I'd really like to see a before and after toning comparison.

I hope ID-78 gives you results you like. Please let me know how it works for you.

That's great, I've heard it has great tray life.

The only thing I have in my notes is 35 8x10 or 18 11x14, but I don't know if that's for the 1 liter of stock or for each 250ml bottle. The most I ever print in one session is maybe the equivalent of 5-7 11x14 prints and have never had any issues.

Yes, that's the standard formula. Mine is a little different, I found a formula for a more concentrated stock solution with better shelf life. I mix up 1 liter and decant it into 4 250ml bottles. When it's time to print, I combine 1 bottle with 1500ml of distilled water. (1/2)

No toning, just Ilford Warmtone fiber base paper developed in ID-78, a home made version of Harmon Warm Tone developer.

No toning needed. I do use ID-78, a home made version of Harmon Warm tone and Agfa Neutol WA developers. I've not used the Foma WTFB paper, what are you using for a developer?

I'm not too far away. I'm near Ten Mile, at the southern end of Roane County. I have a show at The Arts Center in Athens next month (April 20 - May 22, opening reception May 8) come by if you can.

Thank you Lance. It's not so easy to to get to this spot since the 2015 flood that damaged walkway to the base. I noticed that you're in Tennessee, where abouts?
