We saw it with labor market tightness, leading to wage hike at the bottom.

Now we're seeing union strength we've not seen in a long time.

Unions are taking advantage of labor market conditions to lock in the gains.

And winning.

When I first read Andrew Goodman-Bacon's paper on DiD and understanding the underlying 2x2 DiDs associated with every Two Way Fixed Effects, it really blew my mind.
