We have Patria in Sussex - a party so racist it’s leader was kicked out of the BNP for being a bit too racist apparently.

This problem is something that makes holiday cottages sadder places - there have been occasions where I think the spoons would have been more effective slicing implements than what was offered by the knives supplied.

Is that the funny little horror that films all the Palestine protests and gets upset when they get filmed back?

You know when an author writes a truly strange description of a facial expression and you find yourself trying to ‘do’ it as it doesn’t even sound remotely possible?

How do you smile only with your lower lip? I can’t get it to work!

Two chocolate bunnies looking at each other.

Chocolate Bunny one has had it’s tail bitten off. Chocolate Bunny two has had it’s ears bitten off.

Chocolate Bunny 1: my arse hurts
Chocolate Bunny 2: what?!

When Blue Badges moved from health to Local Government (2012) we were told in that we were not allowed to get data / ask for data from Registrars. If this is still the case, alongside an aging population & a mass disabling event then how many Blue Badges for dead folk are still in circulation?

It is being imposed at the same time trusts are out to procurement for systems that offer the same functionality as FDP. This is what happens when, regardless of the type of company that’s being forced on the NHS, there is inadequate engagement with the organisations you want to make use the system.

The current government are mandating its use of it (see page 19 www.england.nhs.uk/wp-content/u...

Including a push for Trusts and ICBs to use the system as their data warehouse. What could possibly go wrong?

We’ve stuck with soda bread type breads in our forays into GF bread - consoling ourself with the fact that at least it is supposed to be robust and weighty. #Dwarf_Bread

“We want to move all outpatient activity into the community and improve mental health….. so we’ll take a massive topslice out of acute budgets from the 1/4 with no plan to move activity and at the same time merge and then cut by 50% the people who should plan this change”

Consultation | Gender Incongruence Services for Children and Young People | Quality standards | NICE

We have heard this consultation may have had a strong transphobic response. It looks like they've tried to slip it through without trans input. It needs to be in by 02 APR, so almost time up. We haven't been able to put a guide for this one due to the short notice.

Page 19 of NHS Medium Term Plan: ensure all providers in acute, community, and
mental health sectors are onboarded to the
NHS Federated Data Platform (FDP) and using its core products to support elective recovery, cancer, and UEC. Trusts should use the FDP for data warehousing and implement the canonical data model. ICBs should use the population health management suite of tools from the FDP for strategic commissioning and adopt the FDP System Coordination Centre and other performance management tools. This should be achieved by 2028/29

I have been wearing them all day, i have been to London and back. Im a dinwit. I never noticed until I took them off.

Reminds me of one of our local fasc parties a few years ago - dude turned up at hustings with his wife and two adult children who he said still lived at home. It was local elections so not huge turnout but he only got three votes.

He met with them. Listened to their stories. Heard their fears. Saw their tears. They shared their evidence, actual evidence that hasn’t made the bulk of the rest of the world look at the UK like it was on glue. And removed their access to care and support anyway.

I said this on another thread: So the medium term planning round being overseen by NHSE is currently identifying budget / delivery gaps of in the 100s of millions per region and an RTT / Waiting list across the country that just isn’t dropping and this is what they are focusing on? JFW
