It’s my 2nd year using DoxyPEP during Darklands, never got any STDs! Doesn’t protect from everything but it’s good. (And still got flu or flu like something, lol), so together with prep, works like a charm :)

Also, I don’t rely only on prep but also take DoxyPEP for the event to cover as much as possible and be safer. But this is also a culture issue - a great great majority of the guys don’t use condoms. At all. Many of them hate it and even has crazy ideology against it, it’s absurd

Personally I think lube usage by stallions is a huge issue, I came prepared this year and had a personal BIG lube bottle with me, applied it to myself but no stallion bothered to use it on his dick! NO ONE, this is ridiculous
