Slovakia has sued Belgium before the ECtHR concerning the death of a Slovak national following his arrest and restraint by Belgian police at Brussels Airport. This brings the number of currently pending inter-state cases to 15, most of which concern situations of conflict.

We were in court today arguing for an emergency motion to stop individual clients in our asylum lawsuit from being deported under Trump's executive order seeking to bar asylum in the U.S.

A federal court issued an emergency stay allowing them to remain in the country.
