Oh no I get it! It's one of those things where I feel like I've got a moral obligation to go "no, do it!" even though I know it's way harder than that lol. And it's because meds have extremely helped me and sometimes I've had to fuck around with dosage and which meds. But they can be a life saver

As a fellow brain meds taker I know it doesn't REALLY help to hear it from an outside source but also I absolutely gotta say ask for the dosage increase, man. These things can really help!

Oh I know a couple good ones here. Have you seen Isolation or The Bay? Former is a creature flick set on an Irish farm, latter is a found footage about something in the water. Felt like both punched way above their weight

Oh man! If you're interested in recommendations I'd say this album and Soilwork's Chainheart Machine are killers. It's not always my genre of choice but it has some absolute classics

Have you given early In Flames or Soilwork a go? Those are definitely the ones that did it for me
