Imposter syndrome is real. As much as I want to celebrate, but I myself couldn’t even believe it. I am so pleased to start my role as Training Manager in HCRW (Secondment). Thankful for the trust and the opportunity to learn and grow🙏

Thank you, Emma @itaherone.bsky.social for your support to me and to our community. I could have not done this without the support of a compassionate leader like you. 💕

What an absolute honour and privilege it was to attend the #AneurinBevanUHB #PhillipineIndependenceDay celebration event.
What an uplifting and joyful event, we are so lucky to benefit from the richness that comes from diversity in our workforce in the Health Board.

As a Filipino in Wales, it brings me so much pride and joy to see our flag being raised - as we celebrate our independence day. It feels closer to home.
Congratulations @princemeph.bsky.social and to everyone in BCUHB for the massive success!

Whether loud or reserved.
Assertive or gentle..
You belong in every room your purpose has called you to.
Walk in with your full self.
Do it scared. Do it confused. Do it terrified. Do it happily. Do it sad. Do it tired.
Just do it and show up anyway👌
Comfort is the enemy of growth.
This week’s reflection:
The only way to get tougher is to face what’s tough👌
The artifacts on display were incredibly moving. We examined personal items that once belonged to Florence, including original handwritten letters, photographs, personal chair, in spaces that is very personal to her.
Grateful and thankful for this opportunity🙏
After the Oath taking ceremony, we were privileged and fortunate to have a guided tour, led by the owner himself, Peter. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary.
It felt surreal to think that the mother of modern nursing herself had traverse to these same spaces.
To make our oath taking celebration even more connected, we offered our guests a fusion of Filipino cuisine, prepared with love by our Private chef, a true Filipino talent.
We mean it when we say, we will take care of you. 🙏

Happy Nurses week to all❤️
Earlier this year, I took my well-being seriously. I was constantly filling my weekends with meetings and If I could easily click "yes" to teams invites, why couldn't I do the same for myself?
So.. I started making appointments for myself.
Meeting Regina for coffee - Booked.
