A beautiful swirl of green, red, and blue spots. Some of the blue spots are also red, making them appear magenta. There are a few round red blobs with lines of dark blue connected by bright yellow lines, which are mitotic cells.
#MicroscopyMonday One of my favorites - it looks like it should be stained glass. MCF10A cells stained for DNA (blue), alpha-tubulin (green), and YAP/TAZ (red). I love all the stages of the cell cycle that are on display.
