The chicken spinach feta pasta freezes really well. Haven't tried with the stroganoff before but I'll freeze 1-2 portions to test. Burritos and the pad kra pao also freeze well

store bought basil is made to die because it's too clumped up! First thing you need to do is repot and split into multiple plants, dont need to do 1 per pot like I did here can do 2-3 and then you need to water them a lot like every 2-3 days and prune them correctly

Been growing basil at home, pretty good yield (second time I prune them). All this from a single 1€ supermarket plant a few weeks ago, not bad
