I went back to the gym after my youngest started school almost 4 years ago and now it's part of my routine. I feel terrible if I don't workout. I hated the way I felt and I wanted to be able to move better as I aged. It's helped with my hashimotos muscle/joint pain too.

Yesterday the girls had a field trip to the bowling alley and A1 didn't see her sister there. So after jiu jitsu she asked her "what time did you get to the bowling alley?"
