Oh for sure. I don't even mean to say I'm, like, offended by them, I just wish they tickled me more, haha. I wanna join in, but so few things make me laugh that it feels disingenuous if it's not coming from a place of being genuinely amused. But maybe I'm overthinking it!

That's exactly what my life is like right now and it seems like the only big conversation being had about it is how BPD just kind of means you're Evil. I dunno if those connections are gonna happen for me, but it would be nice to talk to someone who gets it.

A workbook does sound weirdly helpful, I will look into that. And I started therapy, but my last session was a bit damaging, so it may be that like... I do need to pursue DBT, just with somebody else. Thank you for the tips, Ezra.
