My other knee was grinding this morning too but that one isn't as painful and swollen as the other. Idk. Maybe it's just overuse and I need to dial it back a little. Either way, I definitely have to miss my beloved Wednesday morning class to recover :(
but those improved over the day while the knee just got worse. It's pretty swollen right now but I've been icing & taking ibuprofen. If it's not at least a little better by Thursday I'll see if I can get it looked at, bc I can't risk making it worse. This is not a convenient time for an injury.
It finally happened, I got hurt from yoga yesterday. Something on the medial side of my left knee. Maybe an MCL strain from loading my knee too much with tight hips, idk. It was definitely part and parcel of some really sore, stiff hammies,

Insomnia Cookies are mid as fuck. I don't get the hype. Got em for a work event and had a chocolate chip cookie, which is like the most basic cookie, and it tasted like flour and was too sweet and cakey. C'mon people this box of 50 cookies was like $150. I'm in the wrong line of work.
