The fact that he routinely does this kind of thing and there is absolutely no solidarity or support amongst fellow journalists is infuriating. As you said, they just move right on, effectively legitimizing the abhorrent behavior.

The dog looks like he has been around for at least a few years, where the kid does not. So I guess, strictly by that, and assuming that living on this planet is somehow a good thing, the kid. But NOT because a human being‘s life is inherently worth more than a dog’s. It’s not.

As someone who has pushed himself beyond his nervous system’s limits many times, I can tell you, it’s all related: the mental, emotional, & physical stress. Easier to notice this happening in others than in yourself. You have to know your limits. Time to step back. Respect the marathon of life.
For a long time I couldn’t decide if Trump was aware he was lying to a nation of presumed morons or if he was genuinely delusional. This year has convinced me he’s genuinely delusional. I think he truly believes most of his ludicrous blather. We have a reality detached narcissist for a President.
More countries need to do this. Nobody should be okay with one country being the whole world's bully.
