🌍 Fragility and forced displacement are closely linked, driven by conflict, climate change, and socio-economic instability. In 2024, over 120M people were displaced, with 6.7M more expected by 2026 (UNHCR, DRC). #Fragility #Displacement

From the Danish Refugee Council, we raise our voice for his release. His family, friends, and colleagues need him back.

We demand an end to this man-made famine and use of starvation a weapon of war by Israeli authorities. The answer is simple, let in principled humanitarian aid at scale. The world can no longer watch without acting as this catastrophe unfolds + the Palestinian people continue to suffer

It’s been three weeks since the EU announced a deal with Israel to deliver ‘aid at scale’ to Gaza.

Since then, none of the commitments have been implemented.

Widespread famine is unfolding. Aid must be let in immediately. The EU must act NOW !

The IPC warns that the worst-case scenario of famine is currently unfolding in the Gaza Strip.

This is no time for smokescreen solutions or empty words. To prevent mass starvation, aid must be allowed in immediately and at scale.

Israel’s siege on Gaza is causing mass starvation.

Humanitarian agencies have the capacity and supplies to respond at scale. But the Israeli government continues to block access.

The solution is simple: Governments must act to save lives! #StopStarvingGaza

As mass starvation spreads across Gaza, our colleagues and those we serve are wasting away As the Israeli government’s siege starves the people of Gaza, aid workers are now joining the same food lines, risking being shot just to feed their families.

The Israeli government’s siege is starving the people of Gaza.

Over 100 NGOs call on governments to act NOW.

It's time for an immediate, permanent ceasefire; all restrictions lifted; land crossings opened; full access and a principled, UN-led humanitarian response. #CeasefireNow #EndTheSiege

We urge the EU to act NOW: pressure the Israeli government to uphold international law by lifting the blockade, halting the deadly militarized aid scheme, and reinstating the UN-led mechanism!

JOINT STATEMENT: The EU's recent 'safe country' proposals appear to be part of a broader strategy to externalise the EU’s migration management.
