The inspiration for Frighoul were the Golems from Parasite Eve 2 , particularly the tall , hunch back , creepy body type. The inspiration for Siberianaut was Kokomon from Digimon , and the stranded shinigami from Hueco Mundo from that one filler episode from Bleach.
