The problem with our dependency on Big Tech is evident in Palantir's NHS contract.

Signing up to a 'subscription service' for one company's exclusive software leaves us with nothing when we end the contract.

With open source, we don't have to start again with a new platform when changing vendors.

They will need more than one plumber to fix this. It's going to cost a lot..
