If you say something factually incorrect in person or on social media, do you expect someone to correct you? Do you welcome new information? Is there a duty to correct wrong information?

I took the week off to relax but hurt my foot the first day (some sort of tendon issue). I think this is my motivation to seriously lose some weight so this doesn't keep happening.
