That’s what gets me about standard! A lot of the decks I’ve tried get pushed to the wayside when new sets come out and the meta shifts. The deck is still legal, but isn’t really viable any more.

I’ll probably end up getting back into modern! Merfolk is still a top contender, right? 😂

I really wanna play 60 card magic again, but modern is a hellscape, no one plays pioneer, and standard shifts so frequently I wouldn’t be able to keep a deck together for longer than a couple of months
